As a volunteer run organization, all Holbrook member families are required to participate in a work bond assignment throughout the season. It is through our work bond program that we are able to run the facility and keep it clean. Without the help of our member families we would not be able to do everything we do.
There are two options:
- Buy out of your work bond - Click the option below to complete the $200 buy out option. (You are only required to do one buy out. Do not do one for each child.)
- Sign up for a work bond (no cost)- Click this link and choose a time slot that fits within your schedule. (choose one slot per family)
Team managers and their families are exempt from work bonds.
If you choose option #2 and sign up for your bond, you will be required to submit a check for $200 when you pick up your child's uniform. It is your responsibility to fulfill your work bond obligation. Your work bond checks will be returned to you upon completion of your shift. If you fail to work your shift, your $200.00 check will be cashed. In cases of games being canceled due to inclement weather or unplayable field conditions, you will be notified in advance if possible and your duty will be rescheduled.
If you have a conflict, you must notify the League one week in advance, but it is your obligation to get someone to switch with you, or get someone to work for you. No reminder calls will be made.
Uniform Pick Up
A date for Spring uniform pick up will be announced shortly. Parents must pick up the uniform in person, and hand in their work bond check of $200 (if already signed up online). If you do not have your check, you will NOT receive a uniform.
Those who did not previously sign up for a work bond online, will be asked to either buy out their work bond for $100, or sign up in person and submit their $200 check for us to hold. You must have your check with you to receive a uniform.
