How to Make Reservations
Holbrook and Travel Teams
If you would like to reserve the indoor facility for your Holbrook or travel team please contact Cory Hersh 732.740.4587 with your name, the date, time, and your team name.
- No food is permitted in the cage area, including gum, candy, seeds. There is a zero tolerance and teams will lose their cage privileges.
- Players may wear masks if they choose to. It is up to the team and/or parents to require it during inside practice. Effective immediately ALL coaches must wear a mask.
- Only coaches and players are to be inside the cages during usage/practice.
- Parents are not allowed to sit inside and wait. If parents stay outside please be sure to socially distance or wear a mask.
- All three doors are to remain open for added ventilation.
- Work or rotate players in small groups and be sure to keep their distance when and if possible
- Sanitizer and Lysol spray will be provided in the cage facility, but it is suggested that teams bring their own as well.
- All equipment or commonly touched areas including the pitching machine must be sprayed down after usage. Be sure not to spray the motor.
- Teams will be allowed a one hour time slot and will have a 15 minute buffer to allow time for teams to clean up and leave.
- Teams must wait outside for the team inside to completely leave the facility before entering. There is no waiting in the hallway or upstairs. If raining, players and coaches must wait in their cars.
- Teams, coaches, parents must follow these rules. HLL is taking the use of indoor practices serious. If it is found that teams, coaches, parents do not follow these rules, teams may be held responsible and lose their cage privileges. The indoor facility will be monitored by a camera to ensure compliance and accountability.
Off Season (November - Mid-March)
- Travel teams looking to practice inside may rent the cages in one or two hour blocks at an hourly rate.
In season (Spring, Summer, Fall)
- Availability is first come first serve, however Holbrook Little League teams will get priority and are allowed to reserve the cages in one hour blocks to allow for max availability.
- LL Teams may only reserve the cages for one hour per week and up to one week in advance.
- LL Teams may request the cages for a second hour on the same day as their reservation or in the same week if there is availability within 24 hours of your desired time.
- Teams cannot reserve the cage and an outdoor field during the same time slots.
- Teams with scheduled practices on days of rain outs will be given priority if available for any open time slots
- Travel teams may rent the cages in one hour blocks at an hourly rate if available.
- Reservations made within one day will be accommodated as best as possible for LL and/or travel teams.
